AnDel Models was started with assistance from the Government scheme InBiz, in January 2008. I have been registered disabled since 2006 and have developed many of the model designs, and refined the resin casting techniques used throughout the production process as part of my convalescence.
Resin is the main material used in my models. It is pre-coloured using quality pigments, and provides a high degree of accuracy on the models produced. Cold cast metal is used for the wheels, chassis and axle bushes. This provides weight for the chassis and weight and wear resistance for the wheels.
AnDel Models would like to thank a number of people for their input and ideas. They are too numerous to list, but in particular we would like to recognise the family help from Graham Ashby, Peter Ashby and Andy Hawken. For these, and everyone that has supported me over time, I am very grateful to you. |
