The couplings used throughout my models are designed for close prototypical coupling as seen in the photo. With the connection under the buffer the rolling stock is more stable around sharp curves and less likely to be pulled off the track. A standard hook is provided for connection to locos and other stock. The Mark 2 coupling is provided in the kits as standard. However, I also offer the mark 2 coupling with an M3 nut and bolt, and my P.L. coupling as an upgrade if this is preferred. Please state the coupling design when ordering.
