This proposed brake van was drawn in 1909 by Pickering & Co for the Campbeltown and Machrihanish light railway. The brake van depicted a 7 ton van with open end platforms of typical apearance. The design was altered considerably by the time the van entered service, and looked more like a closed van than a guards van. This model is based on the drawing before alterations were carried out. The kit is complete with wheels, couplings and a choice of colours.
The dimensions of the model are: length, 240mm; width, 110mm; height, 140mm.
