This model, although not of a specific prototype, is typical of a narrow gauge guards van. It has a great deal of detail and character and similar vans still run on narrow gauge lines today.

The model contains a wealth of detail in the castings for both the wagon body and the chassis. Full aesthetic brake gear is provided for the chassis, and the model includes spoke wheels and couplings. All kits have a straightforward assembly with detailed instructions, written using a step by step format with accompanying build photos.

The body can be removed from the chassis, by undoing the four screws, to allow for interior detailing.
